Hello everyone, well I have now made it to Cornwall, this is a picture of Cape Cornwall, St. Just, where I am staying tonight, before I begin my challenge tomorrow morning.
The weather is good and the forecast for the next two days is also good, 22-24 deg, sunny, however a head wind (can't have it all I guess)
This evening is all about 'meet & greet', briefings on safety and daily routines, deadlines and timelines etc. then dinner, fluid intake (water) and bed for lots of sleep. Tomorrow morning, after breakfast, I will be getting my trusty steed ready to go, it is a 6 mile ride to get to Land's End to start the Day 1 ride to Plymouth (103 miles total).
I will write and post an update blog for you all tomorrow evening, to tell you all about how Day 1 has gone, however, I wanted to send a brief update now to let you all know that I made it safely to the start.
To all of you who have kindly donated so far, my sincere thanks once again, I very much appreciate your support. For those who wish to, there is still time and via my links below. Thank you all very much, I will earn every penny you donate.
Don't forget to check my daily blog for updates during my challenge, thanks.
